  • Unfortunately, Summer Reboot cannot be extended or deferred. This partnered program is only valid for classes from 6 Jul - 20 Jul 2025.

  • We know that starting something new can be so daunting. Higher Performance has a team of specialised coaches ready to evaluate and assist you on this journey. You will receive a questionnaire before starting to help the team understand your abilities and needs. Plus, you will be in good company with others starting on their fitness journey just like you!

  • Different movement modalities serve very different needs - this is a big reason why we believe Summer Reboot is the perfect wellness kickstarter. Yoga brings intentionality to breath and movement, plus the sense of rest and mental clarity our clients feel after is a great rush! Within offers different classes catered to different abilities and needs. You might be surprised by the way your mind and body feel after two weeks!

  • We love Pilates too! However, Summer Reboot is designed specifically to reset your body and mind and we truly believe yoga can help you achieve this reset! Your yoga credits are strictly redeemable for yoga classes at Within.

  • Having one strength and one yoga class, or two yoga classes in a day, is acceptable. However, we generally do not recommend doing more than one Strength or Metcon class per day to ensure adequate recovery and prevent overtraining.

  • There will be recommended classes at both Within and Higher Performance.

  • The program is designed to help you get the most out of the two weeks. However, it is always important to listen to your body. If you need an additional day of rest, go for it!
